Supplier Registration & Eligibility
To be considered for future procurement invitations, suppliers and service providers must meet the following criteria:
Official Registration
Valid commercial registration with the Government of Iraq (Ministry of Trade) or the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG).
Tax & Financial Standing
Valid tax clearance certificate and an active corporate bank account in the name of the registered entity.
Verified Track Record
Demonstrated experience, relevant client references, and capacity to deliver within agreed specifications and timelines.
Safeguarding Adherence
Sign-off and adherence to SSDF Code of Conduct, Anti-Fraud Policy, and Child Protection standards.
